Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
To attend the homes tour, you must be 10 years or older. The VIP events are 21 and older.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We suggest UBER or other like mode of transport. However, there’s plenty of parking at the Westport-Roanoke Community Center as well as thruout the Roanoke Park Neighborhood (please park on North or West side of streets only)
Where do I pick up my tickets?
All “will call” tickets will be available until 5pm, the day of the tour, at our ticket booth located on Valentine Rd & 38th street. After 5pm, please come directly to the Thomas Hart Benton Home.
What can I bring into the event?
Cameras= yes, Pets= no, Food & Drinks= no, Strollers= No, Tobacco Products on grounds= No
Is the event Handicap Accessible?
We regret that the homes do not accomodate wheelchair accessibility.
Is this a historic tour or a tour to show off beautiful home design?
Yes, and no… we realize that each tour goer enjoys looking at the homes thru different lenses… we will present history of the homes, enjoyable stories, architectural design and decor information and overall…just a fun, day out!
Do I have to be there at noon?
No, in fact, you may want to come later in the day if you’re attending the VIP events. Or stop by, see a couple houses, go to lunch and return to see the remainder of the homes. 39th street is close by with lots of great food choices!

All ticket sales are final but transferable.
Are there other ways to buy tickets?
Yes! Tickets may be purchased day of the event, with cash, to forgo credit card fees. Please purchase at the door of the first home you visit.
If I volunteer can I get free tickets?
You bet you can! All volunteers receive 2 free VIP tickets. Email us to get more details.
